  • Reservation Confirmation
    A down payment is required to confirm your booking. Proof of payment must be sent via email or messenger. Full payment is required upon check-in.
  • Payment Methods

  • Check-in & Check-out Time
    Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 NN
  • Early Check-in / Late Check-out
    Subject to availability and additional charges.
  • No Show Policy
    If you fail to check in on the scheduled date, your booking will be forfeited, and payments are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made 7 days before check-in
    Eligible for full refund or rescheduling (subject to availability).
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in
    50% refund of the total payment. Rescheduling allowed, but subject to availability and rebooking fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in
    Non-refundable Rebooking is allowed but with additional fees.
  • Force Majeure (Bad Weather/Natural Calamities)
    Free rebooking is allowed within 3 months from the original date.
  • Rescheduling Policy
    One-time free reschedule (at least 7 days before check-in). Further rescheduling may require additional charges.
  • Corkage
    No corkage for food, only for liquor
  • Day Tour OIA
    Entrance: 500 (adults) 350(kids) 8AM-5PM
  • DayTour Seascape
    Entrance: 250 (adults) 150 (kids)
